Right Relationship -360 is a CRM product for automotive industry. RR360 can be able to install in ASP mode and it also supports normal stand-alone installation. Around 1800 dealers are using RR360. This product has an interface with DMS (Dealership Management System). DMS system is a hierarchical database system (PICK) at UNIX environment. CRM application is developed under Microsoft technology. I was working as team leader for QA department my major responsibilities are product testing and benchmarking. Major Activities Established testing methodology, process for product testing and offshore process defined. Major Activities Automation testing lab set-up at offshore and preparing the automation scripts for verifying the defects, which were identified on Intelecable (Cable TV billing application of DST Innovis Inc) I also involved for defining the work instructions, identifying the deliverables and responsible for leading and execution. I had lead Rating and Message Processing System (RAMPS Version 4.0) functionality testing team (this is a sub system of Intelecable for rating the telephony Call details.
