I'm Saju Mulakkal Joseph, Currently working as Sr. Technical Consultant at Credit Suisse-Singapore, I have around 12 Years of extensive IT experience and exposure in all phases of software development life cycles. I have domain knowledge on Investment & Retail Banking Learning Management, Industrial automation, Billing & Customer care for Telecom, ISP, Cable TV and CRM for Automotive Dealers. Presently, I am responsible for environmental build/release set-up management for Investment banking applications of Credit Suisse at Singapore Development Center. At SumTotal, I was working as automation project Lead , I designed and developed an automated DB testing solution for their LMS application Testing. At GE Fanuc I was Global QA Leader for Proficy Change Management Solutions. This solution is taking care for change management of Industrial Automation applications, Here I was taking effort on Product Testing and Automated Sanity Testing of this product at Hyderabad development center, At ADP India Dealer Services, I was responsible for their CRM product testing and releasing, I'm SQA lead for their off-shore development center at Hyderabad. At Satyam Computer Services Ltd I worked for Primus Telecom and DST Innvoies Projects, these projects were on Billing & Customer Care applications for Telecom/ISP and Cable TV applications and I was part of their subsidiaries like Satyam US, Australia. At Kale Consultants, I was involved in the implementations, development & testing of Kale's Plutus BAS solutions for their various clients, I had Implemented Kale's solutions at more than 40 Indian Banks/Braches. I am very strong in software application analysis, design, development, testing and implementations. I have good exposure on implementations of Mercury Quality Center for QC-QA process. I have good exposure on Configuration Management system implementation at ADP using Rational Clear-Case (Multi site) and I’m a certified green belt holder and used Six-Sigma Tools for my projects at GE. I have a good exposure on ISO Process and Certification and I’m a certified Internal Auditor for ISO at ADP. I’m a Physics Graduate, PG diploma holder on IT and my Post Graduation (MBA) was on Marketing & Human Resource Management. Thanks & Regards Saju
